Privacy
What we collect
Your name, email, WhatsApp number, delivery address, booking dates, and a copy of your passport and driving licence.
Why
To prepare and deliver your rental, check that you can legally drive, and handle traffic fines and Salik tolls linked to the vehicle.
Payment
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Advertising cookies
We use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram. It records visits and bookings on this site, never your documents or card details.
Where it is kept
Bookings and documents are stored in a private database (Supabase) that only DRIVERS can access. Documents are deleted once the deposit is settled and no dispute remains, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data on WhatsApp +971 58 698 3092.
