What car do you rent?
The Jetour T2 Defender Pack, in black, with a choice of three interiors: HERMÈS (orange), SHEMS (yellow) and TIFFANY (Tiffany blue). The car is rented without a driver.
How much does it cost?
399 AED per day, 2,499 AED per week (7 days) and 7,999 AED per month (30 days). Mileage is unlimited and delivery in Dubai is free. A child seat costs 25 AED per day, capped at 250 AED per rental.
Is the mileage unlimited?
Yes. Every rental includes unlimited kilometres.
Where do you deliver the car?
Anywhere in Dubai, free of charge: your hotel, your home or DXB Airport. We have no physical office: we bring the car to you and collect it at the end of the rental.
What do I need to rent a car?
You must be at least 21 years old and have held your driving licence for at least 3 years. At delivery, show your passport and driving licence. UAE residents show their UAE licence.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, 2,000 AED. For an online booking it is charged by card when you book; for a booking made directly with us it can be paid by card or cash at delivery. It is refunded within 20 days after the return, minus any traffic fines, Salik tolls or missing fuel.
How do I pay?
Online, you pay at least 20% of the rental by card when booking, plus the deposit, and the balance on delivery by card or cash. You can also pay the full amount online.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation is free up to 10 days before the start of the rental: everything is refunded. Less than 10 days before, the 20% advance is kept and the rest is refunded.
Can I drive to Oman?
No. The car must stay in the United Arab Emirates.
Can I smoke in the car?
No. Our cars are strictly non-smoking, including vaping and shisha. If we find any sign of smoking, a penalty of up to 2,000 AED may be deducted from the deposit.
How do Salik tolls, fines and fuel work?
Salik tolls and traffic fines during the rental are charged at their actual cost. Return the car with the same fuel level as at delivery, otherwise the missing fuel is charged at cost.
What happens at delivery?
We walk around the car with you and take photos, then you sign the rental agreement on our tablet. You receive the signed contract, the rental terms and the photos by e-mail right away.
